Coben is specialized in developing and manufacturing of APIs and intermediates for anti-virus drugs(HIV,HBV,HCV). Main products include:Lamivudine, Tenofovir, Zidovudine, Emtricitabine, Telbivudine, Oseltamivir phosphate, Gemcitabine, Sofosbuvir , Abacavir and their intermediates.

Coben is hi-tech enterprises, owning provincial R&D center. Most of the products are self-developed. We hold national and international patents for many product. Our factory is full equipped, including more than three hundred 500-5000L glass-lined and stainless steel reactors, with a total capacity of 600M3. We have industrial production for some difficultly operating reactions and procedures, including: butylithium reaction, Grignard reaction, hydrogenation reaction, low temperature reaction (-80°C), high pressure reaction (1-5Mpa), high vacuum distillation (=0.5mmHg), etc. Our company also pays high attention to manufacturing and contract manufacturing.

When developing the world's leading drugs, Coben has established complete quality assurance system which complies GMP standard. We have detection system, including Agilent HPLC, GC, UV, etc, and experienced quality management team,and have three API production workshops which according to the GMP standard.Some products already got GMP certificate.
