Liquid acid anhydride(room temperature)
Brief intro.
Chemical name: this product is a mixture of 4 isomers, i.e., cis-4 hexylene-1.2 carboxylic acid anhydride, cis-3-tetrahydrobenzene-1.2-carboxylic acid anhydride, cis-2-tetrahydrobenzene-1.2-carboxylic acid anhydride and cis-1-tetrahydrobenzene-1.2-carboxylic acid anhydride. The nature of the product is: it is liquid above 25℃. However, long time storage might cause crystallization but the functions and performance aren’t affected. Meanwhile, this acid anhydride tends to absorb moisture to form acid. Therefore, it shall be stored in a dry and sealed container.

Use:
Liquid acid anhydride is the epoxy resin solidifying agent, and can be mixed with Bisphenol-A epoxy resin, 711# epoxy resin and 201# epoxy resin. It is used in electronic components, transformers, perfusing and encapsulating etc.; aslo used in solvent-free insulating varnish. Liquid acid anhydride is epoxy resin solidifying agent, which can be used together in applications with bisphenol A loop type resin, 711# EP resin and 201# EP resin. It is applied to electronic components for electric devices, insulating treatment such as soakage, filling and sealing of coils of transformers. Besides, it can also be used as no-solvent insulating varnish and glass steel viscose, etc.
Storage, packing & transportation:
Packed in 25-kilogram plastic drums, 220-kilogram iron/plastic drums. During transportation, this product shall be kept from moisture, fire, water and it shall be stored in warehouses with good ventilation. |
