Established in 1998, the Corporation, serving as core subsidiary under Haihong Group, is a scientific and technological enterprise on fine chemicals production, research and marketing for rubber, plastic foaming agent and accessory ingredient, with self-support power to import and export commodities. It passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification in 2001, and has production and marketing capacity over 30,000 ton annually till now. The corporation has four manufacturing bases, independent R&D team group, and complete and top-ranking labs on research and detection among domestic competitors, all of which make it the greatest manufacturer and supplier of modifying foaming agent in Asia.
