We purchased over 120,000sqm of lands in Damuling (868# Jidong road) of Lilian Village in Huandong Sub-district of Zhuji city in 2009, with a total investment of CNY 700 million; we finished the first stage of investment in November, 2012, including 4 Oxygen-free copper processing production lines and one Ring rolling production line. The copper rod production lines use up-draw furnaces, large drawing machines and automatic control technologies, and its products are widely used in high voltage cable, communication data cable, automotive wire and cable, electromagnetic wire, twisted wire, electronics and electrical appliances, etc. Adopting natural gas clean energy, CNC diameter, weft ring rolling machine and large hydraulic technology, our Ring rolling production line can produce all kinds of seamless ring parts such as Bearing ring, gear ring, flange wheel hub, thin wall barrel type parts, wind power flange and welding neck flange, which are widely used in machinery, automobile, marine, petrochemical, aerospace, nuclear power, steam turbine, gas machine and wind power generation, etc. The materials of seamless ring parts include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, chromium alloy, nickel base alloy and high temperature alloy, etc. After we finish all investments, we will be able to produce 100,000 tons of Oxygen-free copper electrical copper rods, copper bar wires and civil wire materials, 6,000 tons of electromagnetic wires and more than 20,000 tons of ring parts every year, and the annual production value will reach to CNY 1.5 billion.
