Polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion

Molecular formula: (CF₂-CF₂)_n

milky white liquid, is a decentralized concentrate of polymerized tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of ionic surfactant ; Assay of Polytetrafluoroethylene solid is 60% (wt). Long-term application temperature range is -200 to +250 °C.

Uses:

Can be directly used in the dip porous materials such as asbestos products, glass fiber, ceramic and electrical carbon products, etc. Can be used to produce antisticking anticorrosive coating, also can use its coated glass cloth to produce laminated products, can also directly spin to produce special synthetic fiber. Widely used in national defense industry, rubber industry, electronic battery industry and other departments.
