Antistatic composite material is made of common rubber base material with the conductive additives, thus it has the ability to conduct and resist the static. These additives include carbon black, metal fiber, permanent antistatic agent, nanometer conductive metal powder, and so on. According to your demand, we can offer you all kinds of composite material with different surface resistance from 103 to-1012 (cnms/sq). The process methods include injection forming and extrude forming.
The conductive materials with carbon black include PP, PE, POM, PC/ABS, PPO, etc. Moreover, we develop new stainless steel conductive parent stocks, some of them can by put into the market.
