 Since in 1987, we built up the home-made equipment of cyclohexanone of 4,500 tons and based on the expansion of the myria-ton cyclohexanone in 1997 to 1997, we finally and successfully finished the expansion and reformation of the 30,000 tons cycohexanone project which invested nearly hundred million Yuan and achieved the one-time starting success. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, at the premise of maintaining the original main body technical process and the general horizontal layout, we adopted many measurements, such as eliminate some equipments' bottle neck, modify partial craft piping, introduce new technology, adjust related targets and so on, finally achieved the expansion of "3 to 4", "4 to 5", "5 to 6", and the ability to expand our apparatus to 60,000 tons/year. After several times of expansion profects, our company fully summed up and gave play to the production management and technology experience accelerated in these more than ten years, adopted several patent technologies such as using HEDP ester into cyclohexane oxidation and low-temperature decomposition, and effectively reducee the material consumption such as benzene needed in the production of cyclohexanone. The rectification process of cyclohexanone equipment adopts the advanced rectifying tower separation technology developed by Zhejiang University of Technology, and the dehydrogenation process adopts domestically-produced third-generation dehydrogenation low-temperature catalyst (Cu-Zn catalyst), which make cyclohexanone products basically no foreign smell and the quality up to internationally advanced level. We not only attach great importance to upgrading the quality of product, but also concern the social effect. Our cyclohexanone equipment adopts the oxidation energy recovery, alkane tower three-effect rectification and other energy-saving technologies, lower energy consumption compared with the any other similar equipment. Our company itself researched and developed three patent technologies such as saponified wastewater concentration, paper-making black solution incineration technology used to treat saponified wastewater, which make the saponified wastewater treatment of our factory up to the domestic leading level and reduce the run cost of environmental-protection environment. The gradual expansion of production scale, the use of domestic patent technologies and the development and use of our own patent technologies help us improve the quality of product and reduce the consumption, bring JUHUA brand cyclohexanone products better market competitive power. Becoming the intermediates resulted from the production of cyclohexanone, such as cyclohexane, KA oil and cyclohexanol(the content is higher than 97%) into products, enrichs the market demand of different clients. Based on the successful expansion and reconstruction, our company will further expand the production scale of cyclohexanone in 2007, provide clients with our more excellent products with lower price, realize win-to-win development. |
