Frame and Chamber Filter Press:
Frame-chamber structure is applied to frame filter press, the maximum endurable pressure is 0.6Mpa, the intensity of the appropriate cloth is a bit lower and the filtering medium is changeable. Thanks to the high endurable pressure of 3.0Mpa , the chamber filter press is used in a more wide spectrum of field in comparison with the frame filter press,

Auxiliary Function
Auto Shifting Plate System
Belong to function of discharge of the cake, and the shifting plate manipulator can undraw the plate to delivery after filtering. It can not only improve the efficiency of filtering, but also reduce the labor intensity as well as to decrease the disordered arrangement. Presentation

Vibrating System
Belong to the auxiliary function of discharge the cake that can not be easily discharged. On account of gravity , the cake can be fell off by stretching cloth. Presentation

vibrating and Inclining System
Belong to the auxiliary function of discharge the cake that can not be easily discharged. As a result of accessory inclining device, the cake drops off by inclining the steeve at the time of stretching the cloth. Presntation

Filtrate Leakage Collecting System
Belong to the fitting function, and two rolling plates are installed additionally under the filter plate for coordination. In the process of filtering, the leakage and washing liquid can be feeding into the filter container to avoid the secondary pollution of the cake, and meanwhile the two rolling plate are closed. After filtering, the two rolling plates are opened to discharge the cake, and then coming into a new filtering circle. The leakage collecting system has come to advanced international standards and become more and more popular owing to the advantage of little space possession and reliable cooperation. Presentation

Conveying Bucket
It is installed under the filter press which belongs to the fitting equipment. The cake will be driving into the collector or conveyor when discharging. Presentation

Sludge Bucket
It is installed under the filter press which belongs to the fitting equipment. It adopts hydraulic control system to collecting the cake. The bucket will be opened when dropping the cake, accordingly it will be opened while discharge. As to the sticky cake that can hardly be discharged, vibrating device should be installed. Lifting Holder
Lifting holder is applied to lift the filter press. We can make the lifting holder which belongs to fitting equipment according to the customer’s request.

Cloth Washing System
Cloth washing system can be shifted automatically which belong to fitting equipment. It is installed up to girder of filter press. By reversing the valve, high pressure water (10Mpa) is used to clean the cloth automatically. Among the two structures of washing system, double-edged is better than single-edged as the brush is fixed excessively. The double-edged cloth washing device has already achieved the advanced international standards. Presentation

PLC Control System
With the text displayer and man-machine interface system, it adopts international PLC module, such as Seimens and Schneider, which can reach all customer’s demand to dock with DCS control system by communication agreements of all sorts.

Safety Light Curtains
It is installed in the side or up to the filter press which belong to the function of protection. It is not only protect the operation but also pause the shifting plate, and make the discharging goes smoothly.

CGR Cloth and Plate
Adopt a special structure of cloth and form of installation, it can deal with the leaking of cloth, and applies to such materials as volatilized, explosive and toxic, as well as to high environmental request situation.

Membrane Plate
In compare with the common plate, membrane squeezing can reach the maximum pressure of 2.0Mpa that can improve the filtering efficiency by decreasing the moisture and reducing the period.

Explosion-proof Filter Press
It is adapt to occasion that anti-explosion is considered by the explosive rate DBT. As to the electrical system, explosive motor and control panel are applied; and explosive commutating valve for the hydraulic valve. It was reliable that all switches and junction boxes have met anti-explosion standard.

Over-head beam Filter Press
It is specialized for strong acid and alkali materials, and can better solve the corrosive problems.
