Formula: Fluorescent brightener CPC-L 1.5-6.0% o.w.f 3-5g/l Sodium sulphate
Bath ratio: 10:1=20:1 Time/temperature: 20-50°C x 15-30 minutes
2, padding dye:
Formula: Fluorescent brightener CPC-L 2-20g/l Hydrogen peroxide : x g/l Sodium hydroxide: x g/l
Method: 150-160°C x 60 seconds
3, padding dye of finishing of resin:
Formula: Fluorescent brightener CPC-L 2-20g/l Resin (melamine): x g/l Resin catalyst: x g/l
Method: Pad dyeing rate 80-100% drying 135°C x 60 seconds fix: 150-160°C x 60 seconds
B, for wool/silk fabric
Dip dye
Formula: Fluorescent brightener CPC-L 0.5-2.0% o.w.f acetic acid PH=4
Bath ratio: 40:1-20:1 Time/temperature: 50-60°C x 60-120 minutes
C, for nylon fabric
Dip dye
Formula: Fluorescent brightener CPC-L 0.5-2.0% o.w.f acetic acid PH=4-5
Bath ratio: 20:1-10:1 Time/temperature: 100°C x 20-60 minutes
