To meet market demands, we also research and develop special specifications of filter presses: the sizes of filter plate are  315mm to 2000mm, filtration areas are 0.6㎡ to 1190㎡, operational pressures include 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 4MPa, and the filtration temperatures are -40-120 ℃. Because of special designing (dot-like coniform boss) and manufactured by pressure forming method, our reinforced PP filter plate for recessed plate filter press and plate & frame filter press possesses fast filtration speed, thus it greatly improves working efficiency and economic profits.  We can also design and produce special filter presses for customers with special requirements, or produce anti-corrosive PP trays and sluices.

Our reinforced PP filter plates for filter press have stable chemical performance, and strong resistance to corrosion, acid, alkali and salt.  It is made of non-toxic and odorless material, and can save labor force for it has light weight and high strength. Our metal filter plates are manufactured by precise casting method, thus it has strong resistance to high pressure and temperature, and long service life.
