Briefing of production technique:
1) Technique course
Firstly aniline hydrochloride is formed by reactions
of aniline and hydrochloric acid, which is turned into
acetone/aniline condensation by reacting with acetone
in the condensation and polymerization. The condensation
compound forms to valid RD composition. RD is made by
aniline and single condensation (former distillate) through
neutralization and distillation. And then finished RD
is got after granulation.
This technique applies low-temperature condensation
and polymerization, which improves ratio between acetone
and aniline as well as valid compositions in the product.
It reaches internationally leading level. As there is
no phenyl methane in the raw material, the technique
is briefer. Meanwhile, washing is cancelled as sewage
treatment is increased, which decreases aniline discharged
but also consumption of aniline.
2) Briefing of process flow
Rough RD is made by aniline and acetone through condensation
and polymerization under acid catalyst and finished product
is got after getting rid of impurities after normal pressure
and decreased pressure, with main processes as follows;
salting, condensation, polymerization, neutralization,
continuous distillation and granulation packing.
