1, Performance and features:
700X is common matte varnish with low cost of unit area. It has the characters of quickly drying, soft luster, well feeling and transparency.
800X has well feeling and transparency.
870X has well transparency and fullness with well feeling, quickly fdrying and soft luster.
880X has high hardness with quickly drying and anti-scratching characters.
890X has high hardness, well anti-friction, good transparency and smooth feeling.
860X has excellent transparency and adhesive attraction with quickly drying, well feeling, even and natural luster.
2, Using method:
(1), General technology: openpore-closing-bottom coloring-PU-or PE (two to three times)-surface mending-finishing agent
(2), Recommended: When the temperature is lower than 20℃, use winter-used dilution UX007; when the temperature is high than 20℃, used summer-used dilution UX006;
3, Notice:
（1）, When it is used in furniture plant, the workers should make sure that the openpore is clear, the temperature should not be quite high.
（2）, Reasons of coating flaws: spraying chamber (spraying part, wind direction, wind speed), type of spraying gun(specification, nozzle), operation (pressure, wind speed, distance, gun moving speed), type of dilution (winter and summer), adding amount, firming agent of adding amount, etc. It needs repeated check and careful analysis to solve above problem.
（3）, The paint should be stirred evenly to make sure the consistency of color, viscosity, luster, making power and hardness. Pay much more attention to matte paint.
（4）, The mixing paint should be used up in 4 hours.
