Quality Assurance

 

The local QA organization is responsible for assuring the daily quality requirements of our customers by reviewing the process documentation, evaluating and validating the analytical procedures and approving any changes proposed by manufacturing. The QA department also vigorously and promptly investigates all customer complaints to understand the root cause of the problem and establish a work plan to eliminate it. The local QA organization is independent of the local manufacturing organization to permit a quick and fair judgment as needed and to serve the interests of the customer.
