APPLICATION

It is mainly used as spraying agent in food industry, refrigerant, etchant for integrated, circuit, dielectric blend with SF6, polymerization aid for fluorinated compounds.

PACKAGING

It is packed in cylinders at a filling ratio of 1.296kg /Liter.After closing the valve, it is to tighten up the stopper and cap for the sake of no leakage out of cylinder.

PRECAUTIONS

When the concentration of the product in the air reaches such a level that oxygen content in the air reduces to lower than 19.5%, it will cause suffocation. Rescuing work should be provided with self-support aspirators. Contact with the product will cause frostbite.
