Johnson Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. former Farn Shinn Enterprise Co., Ltd. which was established in 1975, is a corporate company of Sea Chief Group. At the beginning, Farn Shinn was the stock agent of Bayer, Germany for Desmodur RF and N-75. Besides, it is also the agent of Du Pont, U.S.A. for Adiprene L-167, L-100 and curing agent for MOCA in Taiwan. In 1997, Farn Shinn Enterprise Co., Ltd. was formally renamed as Johnson Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.

       Johnson devotes to develop more sophisticated special chemicals including unique material such as monofunctional isocyanate, 1,5-diisocyanate-naphthatene, dimethylthio diamino thouene and etc..

      Johnson successfully kept their part of the market in this field, and was approved by ISO9001: 2000. Besides, they cooperated technically with world wide companies in the development of new products, improvement of old-fashioned techniques, and technical support of existing customers. Meanwhile, with quick information feedback system, Johnson further enhanced products quality and expanded products' range of applications.
