Application condition
With more than years of successful application in high-temp chemical flows and oil refining industry, high-term welded metal bellow series are mostly used in high-temp hydrocarbons, thermal transmission oil and high-temp chemical mediums, and applicable for rotary shaft based equipments such as centrifugal pumps and gear pumps.

Features
Welded metal bellow wave pieces in lieu of springs as more balanced compensated parts has small radial size without blockage, can transmit particles with high viscidity and bigger proportion.
Non-impellent secondary seals can avoid the abrasion of stationary seals on shafts or shaft covers and the pre-invalidation of secondary seals.
The inner diameter of bellow wave piece has a 45o bevel, which is useful for avoiding concentration of stress thus prolonging the use life.
Flexible graphite are used for the stationary seals instead of rubber pieces, boosting the temperature-resisting performance as high as 425℃. The sealing performances and tests of high-temp 69 series conform to C-level specification of AP1682 standard.
