1. Brief Introduction

   The tower plate technology imported from Qinghua University by our Group is a kind of new technology. (Patent No. ZL98201630.1, Patent Name: High Efficient Flat Valves with Cuts in surface) On the basis of researching for all kinds of flat tower flates, Qinghua University developed this kinds of new technology to enhance the Processing ability and seperating efficiency for tower flates. Three cuts on the surfaces of flat valves can provide more routes for vapour. They improve the dead area typically occured in the tops of flat valves and enhace the approaching area for liquid and vapour. Thus they can enhance the processing ability and seperating efficiency for a tower plate in the same time. The specific design of valve feet provides suitable diversion for ADV differential flat valves. The design also solves the question of rotation of ordinary round flat valves. In addition ADV differential flat valves greatly improve the operating elasticity of tower plates.

   ADV differential flat valves manufactured by our Group can provide advanced plans for the designing of ordinary plate towers.
