Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to "ZITC") is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Zhejiang AMP Incorporation and Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. (ISK) In December, 2005, with share structure of 40% for Zhejiang AMP Incorporation, 25% for Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. (ISK), and 35% for individual shareholders. Located in Hi-tech Chemical Park of Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Park, ZITC now is a pesticide enterprise specializing in the manufacturing, processing and trade of pesticide preparations, with a registered fund of CNY 27 million,  over 100 employees (sum) and two subsidiaries: Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Agrochemical Co., Ltd and Jiangxi Xingnong Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd.

ZITC is mainly engaged in the manufacturing, processing and trade of pesticides such as herbicides, bactericides and insecticides, etc.; moreover, we are also an importer and exporter of chemical materials. Through enhancing the relationships with large enterprises such as Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd. (ISK) and Monsanto, we have become the agent of their pesticide TECH products such as Fluazifop-p-butyl, Accent, and Atabron, etc. Besides, we also work hard on the development of new products. We are equipped with the leading manufacturing apparatus and inspection facilities now, including import HPLC and GC, etc.

Relying on good management system and reliable quality, ZITC commits to "serving agricultural industry". We got the certificate of ISO9001 quality system in February, 2006. Through cooperating with several famous enterprises, we have been working hard to produce "low-toxic, high-efficient and low-residual" pesticides in past years. Now, our products are well sold in over 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and we are highly appraised by our customers and users for excellent after-sales service.

ZITC is working hard to expand its business into international market. We are not only a manufacturer and processor of preparations, but also an exporter of pesticide intermediates. Up to now, we have become an export-oriented research, production and trade enterprise.

Subsidiary: Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Agrochemical Co., Ltd

Located in Hi-tech Chemical Park of Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Park, Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Agrochemical Co., Ltd is a national appointed manufacturer of China for pesticides, with a registered fund of CNY 5 million, 13,330sqm of lands and 40 employees, including one senior agronomist, two engineers, 2 masters and one Ph.D. In the first stage, we invested about CNY 10 million in the construction of plants and office building, and procurement of manufacturing, processing and split charging equipment.

At present, we are mainly in engaged in the processing and sub-packing  of imported pesticides such as Fluazifop-p-butyl, Chlorfluazuron, Cyazofamid, Flazasulfuron, Fosthiazate, Nicosulfuron (Accent), Fluazinam (Atabron). Moreover, we also produce Nicosulfuron+atrazine WP, monosultap+chlorpyrifos EC and gyphosate solution, etc. In addition, we are the sub-packing enterprise of fertilizers from Taiwan Jiatai Enterprise Co., Ltd., Taiwan Jiajian (Shanghai) Trade Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang AMP International Co., Ltd, etc. The main equipment are 4 automatic liquid and power preparation filling machines, 3 aluminum foil bag automatic filling machines, and Shimadzu LC & GC and Mettler-Toledo  balances.

Subsidiary: Jiangxi Xingnong Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd

Jiangxi Xingnong Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to "ZITC", own about 51% of shares), with a registered fund of CNY 3 million and 28 employees, 70% of them have the college education. Now, we are an agent of famous chemical enterprises, including Dow AgroSciences LLC, Bayer, Nissan Chemical Industries, Ltd. Japan, Japan Pesticide Co., Ltd., SinoChem, China Agricultural Materials Group, Shandong Huayang, Zhejiang Xinan Chemical Co., Ltd and so on.  At present, our company is one of largest pesticide agency companies in Jiangxi province, with a well-established sales network around Jiangxi province. Taking "human-orient, honest business, serving agriculture" as philosophy, we are able to sell over CNY 40 millions of pesticide every year!

Subsidiary: Ningbo ISK & Taurus Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd

Ningbo ISK & Taurus Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in November, 2011, with a registered capital of CNY 15 million. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang ISK & Taurus Chemical Co., Ltd., Ningbo ISK & Taurus Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. now is an industrial and trading enterprise, and we are mainly engaged in the research, development, processing, subpackaging, wholesale and trade of pesticides. 
Located in Dandong Sub-district of Xiangshan County in Ningbo city, we now are a specialized wholesale enterprise of pesticides (except for hazardous chemicals); our main business items: the research and development of agricultural production technologies; the wholesale, import and export business of chemical materials (except for hazardous chemicals).
At present, our company is under construction, and our factory will be put into function in 2014. At that time, our company will become a pesticide manufacturer designated by State Economic and Trade Commission of China, with modern equipments, leading inspection facilities, R&D apparatus and manufacturing methods and well-operated QA system.
