Biomass wood pellet

Biomass pellet or Biomass Moulding Fuel, referred to as the "BMF" or BIOMASS WOOD PELLET is using agricultural and forestry waste (such as all kinds of straw, wood chips, twigs, pieces of wood, etc.) as raw materials, after crushing, drying, mixing, extrusion and other processes, and molding into (such as Particles, rod, block and sphere, etc.) fuel; primarily used to replace traditional fossil fuels (coal, oil, natural gas), it is a low-carbon eco-friendly new clean fuel specialized biomass direct combustion burner.

1. Composition 
BMF is made of combustible matter, water and inorganic composition, mainly containing carbon(C), hydrogen(H), oxygen(O) and a small amount of nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) and other elements, and contains ash and water. Various compositions as follows: 
▲ C: BMF fuel belonging to a low-carbon fuel, less carbon (approximately 45-50%), especially the fixed carbon Assay is low (about 16%), and therefore lower carbon emissions when burned. 
▲ Hydrogen: BMF fuel has high hydrogen quantity (about 5-8%), high volatile (greater than 70%), and therefore good combustion characteristics. 
▲ Oxygen: BMF fuel has high oxygen content (approximately 35-40%) oxygen content is significantly more than mineral coal, biomass fuel makes it easy to ignite. 
▲ Sulfur: its sulfur content is less than 0.08%, better environmental characteristics, desulphurization plant is unnecessary. 
▲ Ash: BMF Particles fue mainly uses high-quality wood-based biomass as raw material, low ash Assay, only 1.5-3%.

2. calorific value 

heat value is 15-18MJ/Kg, about 2-3kg of BMF can replace 1Kg fuel oil or 1 cubic of natural gas.
