Low pressure injection molding series

RX-resin series is one kind of low pressure hot-melt injection molding resin developed by our company. With the features of low molten viscosity, excellent fluidity and strong adhesive ability, it offers good biding performance to plastics such as PVC, PA66, PC, ABS and metals. It also owns the functions of sealing, moistureproof and resistance to environmental pollution and greasy dirt. It also has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion: Mineral oil, grease and weak acidic materials. It can lower the production cost and improve the performance of finished products, and offer all-sealing protection to electronic and electrical appliances.

Application range: PCB, automobile electronic products, batteries of cell phone, harness, waterproof connectors, sensor, micro switch, inductors, antenna, ring cable.
