3.5.1.2 Normal Operation State:

3.5.1.3 About 22kg concentrate is added to 1m3 of operation
solution, and the trough index can be raised by one
(point).
3.5.1.4 About 8-10kg of activating solution is consumed
for the treatment of one ton of section bars.
3.5.2 Determination of Titanium Trough Index
3.5.2.1 Analysis Method:
Add 10ml of operation solution to a 250ml iodimetric
flask (flask with a stopple), and add 50ml of water,
then add 2ml of 1:3 sulfuric acid solution and 2g of
KI, and then leave the solution in the dark place for
15 minutes. Titrate the solution with 0.1NNa2S2O3
till it turns purple, then add 1-2ml of 1% soluble starch
as indicator, and then continue to titrate the solution
till the end point (blue turns tintless or brown). Calculate
the mean value of the three samples for each titration.
Concentration of titanium salt (g/1)=N*V*27.74/10
3.5.2.2 During production, the permissible range is
3-6g/l, and the optimal range is 4-5g/l.
3.5.2.3 28kg of tenfold concentrate is added to 1m3
of operation solution, and the concentration of titanium
salt can be raised by 1g/l.

YC-04
The product has been developed to meet the popularity
of “K Metal”(blue-golden) on the market.
The colored aluminum section bars have the similar decorative
feature of the titanium series.
4.1 Trough Setting

Voltage: 12-15V
4.2 Consumption:
About 8-10kg is consumed for the treatment of one ton
of aluminum materials (450m2).
