Tinci
sol-gel products is a kind
of soft gelatinate with elasticity. Before the vulcanization, it
is a kind of liquid with low viscosity. After the vulcanization,
the gelatinate can be applied in the pressure buffer layer and autogenous
healing
materials. This product is environmental protected and can eliminate
impact vibration and absorb sway hardening stress. It has good performances
at a large range of temperature and humidity. It is the good material
for artificial breasts, also an excellent high temperature resistant
material. |
| Properties: |
- Two components system, easy for use;;
- Medium temperature solidification, the solidification time
is adjustable according to the different temperature;
- Before the solidification, it is a kind of low viscosity silicone
oil; after the solidification, it is a kind of gelatin elastomer;
- After the solidification, it has good hand feeling and good
elasticity;
- After the solidification, the gelatin can be autogenous healed;

| Operations and Performances: |
- Mixing: Mixing the two components as the proportion
of 1:1;
- Defoaming: After several minutes of the mixing,
defoam the compounded stock at vacuum situation, or make it
naturally defoam;
- Vulcanization: After the defoaming, make the
product dry for solidification at the temperature of 90°C
 5°C
for 30 minutes or place it at the room temperature for 24 hours
for solidification;
- The operation time: The operation time of the
mixed materials is 1 hour.
