| Properties and use:
|
| This
product is easy to use. The rubber material has a small viscosity,
fluxible and can impregnate. The vulcanization rubber wire has a
small contraction percentage and good demould properties. Its working
temperature can be 200. When heated and pressurized in the sealed
environment, it will not deoxidize. In vulcanization period, there
is no micromolecule volatile matter. It is free from corrosion and
widely applied in electron and electric appliances for embedding
insulating materials. |
| Ingredients and Technics:
|
- During the Surface treatment of rubber materials, the mould
surface or material surface should be clean. Can use liquid
paraffin to help demould.
- Mix the components M and N as the proportion of 10:1 by weight.
- First deairing: The mixed rubber materials should be deaired
in vacuum situation. When it is in small quantity, can use vacuum
drier. In the vacuum situation, the rubber materials can be
4 to 5 times of the original, several minutes later, when the
rubber material returns to the normal situation, the first deairing
phase has been completed.
- The second time deairing: Put the rubber materials after
first deairing into the mould to carry out the second time deairing.
When there is no more air bubble appearing, this period needs
about 20 minutes, the second time deairing is complete.
- Vulcanization and demould: Mix the deaired rubber materials
and put them at 120
 5°C
environment 30 minutes for drying and solidification or at 60
to 70°C environment 3 to 4 hours for solidification. And
the solidification temperature and time are adjustable.
- Operation Time: This operation time of this product is about
1 hour at the temperature of 25°C.

| Packaging,
Storage, Transportation and Warning: |
- Do not contact the product with condensed LSR vulcanizing
agent during operation.
- Keep free from dampness in storage and operation. The storage
time is above 6 months.
- In storage, the viscosity of the product can become high,
while it will become normal after mixing. Suggest to mixing
round the M materials several minutes before mixing them with
N materials.
- Packaging:
M : 20Kg/ pails, N : 2.0Kg/can
- Transportation: Transported as common products.
