5. Front mating paints
Epoxy Dope, chlorinated rubber paint, crylic acid Dope, polyurethane Dope, etc.
6. Construction conditions
Substrate temperature well painting is about -20~50°C. Please must use spraying when the temperature is above 40°C for substrate temperature. Please must add suitable thinner to adjust Dope viscidity in order to avoid dry spraying.
7. Construction methods
All the surfaces must be clean, dry and no-polluted.Accord to ISO8504 to evaluate and deal with it.
Other surfaces:This product is used in other substrate materials. Please consult our company. Spraying:airless spraying or air spraying. Recommending adopting high pressure airless spraying. Please pay more attention to adjusting paint viscidity and air pressure when adopting air spraying.
Brushing:Suggested that it is adopted when pre-Dope and small areas Dope, but it must reach dry film thickness.
8. Construction parameters
Mixing ratio(weight) 4:1:0.3-0.5 looling at the sign on packing bucket and mixing in equility.
Using time limited after mixture(23°C) 4h(It will decrease when the huimidity is increasing highly )
Thinner/cleaning agent Andi series special thinner
9. Packing and storage
Packing and storage according to state regulation. Storing in dry, cool, well-ventilated conditions and avoid high temperature and keep away from fire. Packing container should be airproof. Valid storage period is one year.
10. Health and safety
Please pay more attention to warning logo on the packaging container. Using in a well-ventilated environment. Do not imbibe mist inhalation and avoid skin contact. Please immediately wash with a suitable cleaning agent, soap and water washing when splashing on the skin; please immediately go to hospital when splashing into eyes.°C
