PVA is mainly used in the production of warp sizing agent,fabric finishing agent and raw material of vinylon fiber in the textile industry ;107 glue,interior and exterior wall coating and bond in the architectural decoration industry; polymeric emulsifier,dispersant,PVF,PVL,and PVB in the chemical industry;paper bond in the paper making industry;soil modifier,pesticide synergist and degradable PVA film in the agricultural industry;as well as cosmetics and high-frequency quenching agent,etc. |
| Completely alcoholysed PVA products:products with low average polymerization degree(for exampal 15-99,17-99)are usually used in the production of textile paste,coatings and paper surface sizing agent as well as in the fields of architectural decoration and printing;products with high average polymerization degree are usually used in the production of dyes and paper interior sizing agents. |
| Partially alcoholysed PVA products:products with low average polymerization degree are usually used in the fields of construction,pharmaceutical,pesticide,printing and stationary;PVA with high average polymerization degree can be used in the production of high-viscosity and low-solid content latexes,while PVA with low average polymerization degree can be used in the production of low-viscosity and high-solid content latexes. |
| Since the viscosity of PVA products increases with the increase of polymerization degree,the batch charge may be controlled according to requirements under the same conditions. |
| Packing and storage |
Packing:products in granulose form shall be packed with knit bags made of polypropylene and colorless medium density polythene film,with net weight of 12.5kg .Products in granular or powdery form shall be packed with knit bags made of polypropylene and colorless medium density polythene film with net weight of 20.0kg or 25.0kg. |
| Storage:it shall be stored indoor in a well wentilated and dry room,Prevent exposure to dampness,sunlight and rain. |
| Transportation:during transportation,the products shall be moved gently to prevent damaging the packing bags.Avoid direct contact with Naked flame.when fire happens,any fire fighting equipment may be used to extinguish the fire. |
