With the original name of Wulateqian Banner Linhai Chemical Factory, ?Inner Mongolia Linhai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992. In 1997, it was restructured into Wulateqian Banner Linhai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. In 2007, the company was changed into a joint-stock company limited, with 7 shareholders. Now we have total assets of 500 million RMB, a registered capital of 101.88 million RMB, total occupied floor space of 490,000 sq. meters as well as 1,100 employees, including 8 senior engineers.

With common salt and calcium carbide as the main raw materials, we are a chloro-alkali company consisting of PVC Branch, Chloro-Alkali Branch and Xinghai Packing Branch. We produce PVC(150,000 t/a), sheet caustic soda(150,000 t/a) as well as synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use, chlorine liquid, 30%, 42%, 45% liquid caustic soda etc. The annual production value can reach 1 billion RMB yuan. Xinghai Packing Branch can daily produce 30,000 container bags. All our products are in accordance with the related national standards, and the company was approved by the ISO9002.

Since the establishment of the company, we have never experienced economic loss, and the profit payments and tax turnover has kept rapid growth.
