1. Features of Qiangli Urea

It is a kind of slow-release urea in terms of the release of nitrogen and can be applied to all kinds of plants. Compared with the urea, the application of Qiangli urea can increase the efficacy of nitrogen by more than 10% and the yield by more than 10%. Its functions are as follows:

Simplify the procedures of planting

2. The results of application

Qiangli urea can extend the efficiency period to 100-120 days. The efficacy of nitrogen can be increased by 10%. The yield increase can reach more than 10%. Treatment of Qiangli urea can reduce the volume of fertilizers by 20% to get the same yield as treated with urea.

Corns are major plants in China. Its growth period can reach 130 days. Without applying Qiangli urea, the plants must be treated with fertilizers many times during their growth. After treated with Qiangli urea, there is no such requirement. The results showed: For plants treated with the same amount of Qiangli urea and other fertilizers, the yield of plants treated with Qiangli urea was in creased by 9.93%. The length and weight of the ear of grain was increased markedly. The weight increase could reach more than 1 gram. The ratio of empty straw was decreased by 2.8%. The wheat is widely planted in China and there is large need for nitrogen fertilizers. The amount of nitrogen has great impact on the yield and quality of wheat. The teat results showed 10.6% of yield increase in wheat in wet soil; 9.91% of increase in wheat in red soil; 8.54% of increase in wheat in black soil. For rice, the height of straws and the ear of grains were increased as well as the size of the ear of grain. As the result, the yield increase could reach 12.6%. In terms of its function of slow release, it can extend of rice by 3-4 days to make the leaves and growth period of rice longer to some extent. 3. Methods of application

Qiangli urea can be applied to all kinds of plants, which need N for their growth. It has more significant effect for the plants with longer growth periods.

It is used as base fertilizers. For dry fields, it can be mixed with soil by plough manually or by machine after spread. For wet fields, it can be applied after plough, but before watering and then start to harrow. Or it can be applied after plough and before harrowing and then begin to harrow by machine to mix it with soil evenly.

Normally, Qianli urea cannot be used as fertilizers for reapplications. However It can reduce the number of reapplication of fertilizers when used as base fertilizers. For example, for sugar canes, the number of reapplication of fertilizers is reduced from 2-4 to 1-2.

The volume of application depends on the specific plants. For rice etc, the volume is 15-30kgs/mu. For peanuts etc,10-20kgs/mu. For vegetables and fruits, 20-60kgs/mu.
