Application
Main ingredient of Rubber Antioxidant AW is 6-ethoxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline or ethoxyquinoline. It is an excellent rubber antioxidant especially for nature rubber and poly (butadiene-styrene). It can improve rubber's anti-ozone, heat-resistant, antifriction and flexibility. Antioxidant efficacyis increased obviously when rubber antioxidant AW is used with antioxidant-H or antioxidant-4010 together.
Packing and Storage
Packing:
AW Liquid: 200kg/drum
AW-66 Powder: Outer packing: 25kg/paper bag lined with plastics; Inner packing: black light-resistant polythene bag.
Storage: Stored in shaded dry, cool place with good ventilation. Keep fireproofing and moisture proof and prevent sun burning.
Quality Assuring Period
Quality assuring Period is 12 months. May turn dark after exposure to light and air, although this doesn't affect function.
