In view of safety, please notice the following issues when using powder coating.
(1) It should be far from the heat source and the fire source, and also avoiding sunlight with the ambient temperature lower than 35℃. The powder coating should be in drying and ventilated place.
(2)Protection: When using coating, the operators should wear uniform, dust mask and gloves, and avoid the touch between the coating and skin.
(3)Work environment: It should be done in ventilated place to make sure the small molecule can be let out.
(4) Urgent rescue: If the powder coating is mistakenly eaten by person, the person should be taken to hospital right away.
(5) Special product description:
1. Polyester/TGIC product. It can be allergic to some people.
2. Polyester/IPDI product. It can release lactam during solidifying, and it is irritative.
3. When using metal powder coating, please notice exploding resistant.
4.Wrinkle products will release amine substance during solidifying.
