70°C PVC fire-resisting material
70°C PVC fire-resisting material is made of PVC resin, with plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants and special additives. It is a granular material.

J-70 of GB/T8815-2008, PVC/C of GB5230-1997 , PVC/A of GB12706
Features and uses:
Good mechanical and physical Performance, good Electrical Performance and extrusion processing Performance, suitable for sheathing material of wire and cable with temperature resistance to 70°C.

Extrusion process:1, suitable for common PVC extruder, length-to-diameter factor of screw L / D ≥ 20; taking φ60 machine as example: 3 layers of filter net, 80 mesh/120 mesh/ 80 mesh, melt temperature < 180 ° C.
