PVC Insulation material for aerial cable (70°C PVC Weather-resisting Insulation material)
It is made of PVC resin, with plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants and special additives. It is a granular material.

Features and uses:Good mechanical and physical Performance, good Electrical Performance and extrusion processing Performance. Suitable for 1KV or less of aerial cable.

Extrusion process:1, suitable for common PVC extruder, length-to-diameter factor of screw L / D ≥ 20; taking φ60 machine as example: 3 layers of filter net, 80 mesh/120 mesh/ 80 mesh, melt temperature < 180 ° C.
