The equipment is made of great 316L and 304 stainless steel materials, and the inside and outside polishing can be 400mu, it can pass the Gmp Standard. The material of the filter is polypropylene membrane; enhance membrane, membrane, membrane cloth, and the special membrane for this equipment. The qualified materials can be chosen according to the need.
The features of the cascading plate frame filter: big flow; filtering area; high efficient; easy operate and so on. There are 3-6 detachable fixations in the CT-500-CT800 filter and the CT-300,CT-400 filter adopted center screw pressed tightly. |
1, the maximum pressure is 0.5,0.6Mpa,without liquid leaking for the enclosed flange and pressed by the machine.
2, the equipment’s big flow can be 200T/h, and the minimum can be 4T/h. Since the equipment enter through DN40 or DN50,DN80,DN100,DN120 into the machine and exit from the middle flange rings, which can ensure the big flow. And it can shorten the period.
3, The filtering area is very large, it can be as large as 20 squares but the volume is small, two layer of membrane can ensure the large filtering area.The cascading plate frame filter has only 12 layers.
4, The storage of carbon can be 3kg-300kg,which solve the storage of the carbon powder in the medicine and chemical fields. But the Horizontal frame filter can not solve it. Cascading plate frame filter is the ideal equipment with special recycle system and filter inside liquid valve. |
