Titanium rod filter used the titanium powder. It is usually used for primary filtering and middle filtering. The filter is with high precision, preventing of high temperature and corrosion. It can be widely used in medicine. The material of the shelf is 316L or 304Stainless steel which is certificated the GMP standard.
- Application
The outside shelf is made up of 304 or 316L stainless steel, and it is prevent of high temperature; high pressure; corrosion and so on. The filter can be reused; it is made of titanium metal powder, and can be widely used in food; drinks; medicine; chemical’s fields’ isolation of the solid and liquid. And it is specialized in the filtering of carbon on medicine. The products are made according to the Gmp standard, and was connected according to the international standard. And it is easy to clean.
Second: Notes:
1 Avoid of scratch; collision; dust and oil.
2 Do not over the recorded pressure.
3 Start under low pressure for 3-5 minutes. The different pressure should be controlled under 0.5Mpa, and then the work pressure can be turned to the needed pressure.(No more than 0.4Mpa).
4 After a period of use the equipment can be high pressure and low flow for the block of the filter equipments. So it need to recoil and change the pressure and electricity according to the practical situation. |
Clean method;
Titanium rod filter will become blocked after a period of using, and the flow wall be less, the pressure of the filter will be higher. For example: from under0.22mPa to 0.3mPa. And then one must clean the filter. The followings are some clean methods:
1, as for a new filter, fresh water can recoil it well. Under the pressure (0.3mPa ) higher than the normal pressure ?use the fresh water to blow to the opposite direction for 1-3 minutes.
2 As to the filter recoiled fro many times, one need to use the 5% Hydrochloride solution or 8% Sulfuric acid solution or 10% NaoH solution first and then use water to clean. The impurities decide the kind of solution.
The shelf of the filter is made up of SUS316L Stainless steel.
