Nexchem Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. established in December 2002, is a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility spaciously located on 62.2 acre， in Wucheng area, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The production areas are located in Linjiang industrial zone and Dongxi industrial zone.　It is a joint venture primarily focused on research, production, promotion and sales of active pharmaceutical ingredient. The total capital is about RMB 500,000,000.

There are over 460 employees working in Nexchem. 220 out of them are holding associate's degrees and/or technical vocational degrees which covers over 47.8% of total staff (out of which 1 are holding PhD degree, 5 are holding master’s degree, 19 have received the secondary title, 3 have received the senior title and 10 are certified pharmacists). Good composition of human resource establishes the base of rapid development of the company.

The GMP certificates of Azithromycin, Clarithromycin，Roxithromycin and Benserazide hydrochloride have been granted. The COS certificates of Fenofibrate and Glimepiride have been granted .
