There are over 460 employees working in Nexchem. 220 out of them are holding associate's degrees and/or technical vocational degrees which covers over 47.8% of total staff.

Out of all staff 1 are holding PhD degree, 5 are holding master's degree, 19 have received the secondary title, 3 have received the senior title, 10 are certified pharmacists. Good composition of human resource establishes the base of rapid development of the company.
