Q. Does the fence loose its colour?
A. At most the product will only loose 5% of its basic colour, over the years its a well known fact only dark colours fade quickly .Our products are made from100% Virgin Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) other ingredients used in manufacturing are UV inhibitors and impact modifiers, this gives our product weatherability, flexibility and durability we put the required amount of T102/Titanium Dioxide 10 parts per 100 this acts as a sunblock.

Q. What Maintenance will I have to do to it?
A. Very Little ,the product is virtually maintenance free which is why its so popular , there¡¯s no painting or staining at most all you will have to do is  on the odd occasion get a bucket of water sponge and wipe over or if you have one a very light jet wash that¡¯s it

Q. Why is it dearer than Supreme wooden fence and posts?
A. Yes. It is slightly dearer but not by much, but look at the advantages compared to wood fence: you buy it once; finished both sides so your neighbor is happy as well;
    Virtually no maintenance; No Warping or splitting; No Fungus or Rotting; Child Pet Friendly: wood fence looks good for the first few years then it starts to deteriorate
     This fencing looks good for ever showing off your outside living space; so in the long run it¡¯s cheaper to put PVC and vinyl fencing in at the beginning compared to wood.

Q .What if the fence gets broken by son¡¯s football?
A. Yes. We all know that fence panels make great goals£¬but no problem lattice is easily replaceable and most probably the colour won¡¯t be much different. If one of the slats are broken, they are tongue and groove and can easily be slid out, and a new one put in its place yes, there would be a small parts and service charge for this, but think of the problems you would have if it was wood, its much easier with PVC and vinyl fencing, its a very versatile product (see question How Strong Is It)

A. Yes. We have researched the market for a long time, and we have now brought this product to the UK Market to help reduce the natural resources of wood that make wooden fence our PVC is 100% Virgin. It comes from a waste product in the production of oil, so it¡¯s a product that can be recycled and made into this product so yes to buy PVC and vinyl fencing, it helps save the planets natural resources.

Q. Does it come in other colours?
A. Yes, we are promoting the wood-grain range as it resembles our wood fence that we already use in this country it does come in various colours but if your trying to get away from wood looking finish we also have Tan (which is like the colour Sage) see website for pictures we also have white which is also very popular but if you have a special requirement you can choose a colour that¡¯s special to you but it would be an extra cost but its possible

Q. How flexible is the range?
A. If you go to our homepage and click on Garden Accessories, we have on there all individual pieces we have done for various customers depending on there requirements. We know that no 2 gardens are the same, so if you have any concerns contact our helpful sales staff to discuss your requirements.

Q. What are your payment options?
A. 50% is Payable with order-50% on delivery. We accept personal cheque (payable 7 days prior to delivery- Cash- Building Society cheque-Bank Transfer Payment.

Q. Do you supply an installation service?
A. Yes, We have our own installation teams who have had years of experience in the fencing industry. There will be a cost for this and this will be forwarded to you after an on site inspection.
