Our PVC products extruded profile is produced in accordance with industry standards GB/T 8814-2004, and foamed profile is produced in accordance with industry standards QB/T2463.2¡ª1999, all the technical indicators have reached and exceeded the national standards, and the product performance advanced in domestic products. Our products have the good points of PVC, in addition, it has the natural wood texture.
In actual production, we carry out strict quality control in accordance with industry standards GB/T 8814-2004, QB/T2463.2¡ª1999 to test profile appearance, color, dimension tolerances, quality and packaging units. The profile from each batch is tested strictly every hour. The inspection items on the PVC fence include: weight, color aberation, UV-resistance, cold temperature impact resistance, etc. The inspection items on PVC foamed deck include: Shao-type hardness testing, tensile strength tests, water absorption test, grip strength bolt testing, Vicat softening temperature test, the rate of size change after heating tests, bending strength and flexural modulus of elasticity test. We also do international testes, like SGS, test our products non-toxic, UV-protected aging ¨Cresistance, inflaming retarding; showing it is in good mechanical property.
On condition that the PVC fence and the PVC foamed deck are installed in strict accordance with the proper process provided by our company and the installation is well organized:
1. The Manufacturer warrants its fence products, subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein to be free from defective manufacturing workmanship and/or materials that result in cracking, warping, peeling, flaking, blistering, rotting, or abnormal discoloration under conditions of normal use and service for 25 years.
2. The Manufacturer warrants its deck products, subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein to be free from defective manufacturing workmanship and/or materials that result in cracking, warping, peeling, flaking, blistering, rotting, or abnormal discoloration under conditions of normal use and service for more than 30 years.
3. If the above-mentioned quality problems occur and will affect normal use, The Manufacturer will provide timely and appropriate remedial measures; it will do its best to protect customers¡¯ legitimate rights and interests. (Man-made damage or the damage due to the force majeure is not in the scope of the warranty);
4. The Manufacturer warrants only for those products manufactured by The Manufacturer, and the warranty extends only to the original purchaser or transferee as specified herein.
Any defects have to be made in writing via the email address within 30 days of the date of first discovering the defect and must be sent to us to deal with for it to meet the conditions of the WARRANTY given, failure to do this will mean the default will not be covered under the terms and conditions of the WARRANTY.
Misuse, abuse, man made damage, improper fabrication , installation, storage, or handling, settlement of the surface or structure on which the products are installed ,failure of the surface(Including foundations and walls) accidental damage ,negligence, fire, water, flood, lighting, hurricanes, or high winds and other acts of god and forces of nature beyond our control, failure to provide all necessary care of the product ,exposed to harmful chemicals, vapours, and acid rain are not covered under this WARRANTY .The WARRANTY can only come into force with proof of original receipt. The manufacturer does reserve the right to change its products without notification it also has the right to change its finish ie gloss or other finishes from its original product to do with improving standards without notification. Our WARRANTY is transferable from one homeowner to another in the event the original purchaser selling there property there will be a small transfer fee payable by the new occupier for the WARRANTY to carry onto them Our WARRANTY extends to partnerships, trust organizations, housing associations, and government agencies, developers, stockiest, etc.
