molecular sieve is a new kind of adsorbent developing from 1970,and is excellent carbon material without polarity.It can be used as separating nitrogen from air.TO compare with cryogenic, PSA has some advantages:the investment is lower,start-up time is short:the cost for Nitrogen is lower.PSA Nitrogen generators apply in chemical, electronic, food, medical, metal heat treatment ets.
In dynamics,CMS has different adsorptive rate for oxygen and nitrogen. Before the adsorption balanced oxygen and other impurities are adsorbed by the MSC,allowing unabsorbed nitrogen to pass through the bed. |
