1.Dec 1st,2006, our company held the new product appraisal meeting in the Hangzhou new century hotel. Seven experts who are from famous colleges and universities and research institutes discussed and carried on an appraisal conference of our company's new product BDP, FR-6 and FR-780. In addition, we invited leaders of Linhai Industry Economy Bureau, Finance Bureau, the Technical Bureau and the government officers to attend the meeting. The appraisal conference was successful. All of the experts praised that the products have potential market competitive advantage and will create high value to the company.

2.Dec 24th, 2006, our company held the first sports meeting. Rope skipping, fire fighting activities, ping-pong, billiards and the tug-of-war were pulled more than 150 employees, which is the best way to display the enterprise’s culture and style. It is also the great opportunity for the employees to show how they work hard under colleague’s help, how to communicate with each other and how to cooperate to finish the mission.

3.Feb 15th, 2007, the summary congress of 2006 was held in the hall. Chairman Gao of the board and department managers made the speech, summarized the achievements and the issues in 2006, and set up a higher goal for the next year. After the congress, the outstanding staffs were awarded prizes by the leaders.

4.Our company carried on a two-day term training about safe producing on Mar 6, 7, 2007. Leaders, engineers and supervisors conducted lectures to the staff that including safe producing and technical skills etc.

5.April 28th, 2007, TaiZhou LanDun Real Estate Co., LTD and us arranged a "first-class team producing camp" in the International hotel. The golden medal lecturer Liang Zhijun, who is from Chinese professional training organization ――the XNLPower, presented the training. The core content of the training is how to construct a first-class team and the 12 aspects of first-class team. They are communication, common consensus, trust, cooperation, loyalty, coherence, centripetal force, initiative and voluntarily, tolerating, understanding, contribution, responsibility, industrious, mutual beneficial.

6.During the “labor’s day” holiday, all of the staffs visited Changyu Cave Scenic Area. The whole employees enjoyed the nice weather, the beautiful environment and the special cave’s landscape.
