Introduction
FR-530 is a high molecular weight organic diphosphate specifically for the production of flame retarding polyurethane foam, high bounce foam and molded foam. Since it contains many type of flame retarding elements in its molecular structure, it is a flame retardant agent with very high efficiency because of the synergetic action. It is especially suitable for products used in automobile and furniture, as the agent will not migrate during aging.

Typical Applications
FR-530 is suitable for a variety of soft polyurethane foam blocks and molded foam. We specifically recommend this product for production of fire retardant foam to prevent ignition caused by low strength flame. It also provides incomparable resistance to migration during aging.
Storage Suggestions
For most material for the manufacturing of containers, such as low-carbon steel, stainless steel and epoxy resin for the inner lining, there is no effect on FR-530. It is suggested that moisture or other sources of pollutants should be kept away from the product as best as possible during storage.
Safety and Handling
Contact with eyes -- wash eyes with ample amount of water for at least 15 minutes.
Contact with skin -- wash with cold water or using soap.
Ventilation -- suitable amount of ventilation needed.
