Use:The resin can be used as firming bonding agent at normal temperature for ironcasting molding sand and core sand.

Formula:the amout of the resin is 1.0-1.5 of that of the sand
Firming agent:75% of p-benzene sulfonic acid and the amount is 50% of thar of the resin.
Sand Mixing method:Adding The firming agent in the sand and mixing it for one minute,and then adding the resin in and mixing for one minute.Thus the sand is propared.
