Use:It is mainly used as firming bonding agent at normal tenperature for steel-casting core sand and molding sand.It is suitable for big-sized,midsized and small sized steel-castings,especially for precision steel-castings.When The resin moldings are used.The shape size is accurate,the quality is good and thermal strength is high,Which can reduce labour intensity and increase productivity.
Formula:Original sand:resin=100:1.5-2.0.If coupling agent KH550 or KH560 is added,and the amount is 0.2-0.3% of the resin,the strength of resin sand can increase to about 30%.
Resin:firming agent=100:30-60.The firming agent is 65% of p-benzene sulfouic acid solution and The amount can be adjusted according to different operation fime, temperature and humidity.
