Principle:
The principle is that adopts crude coal-gas generator and boilers chain in row burning, based on coal-burning technics, equipped with high temperature gas purifying room, the original complex construction is simplified to organic and integrated into entity. The crude coal send to coal hopper, a certain height coal layer sent to burning room, coal is burning and turn out semi-coal gas which get out from the side and into high temperature gas purifying room, the purifying room is made up of refractory masonry, high temperature semi-coal gas burning again, little dust is descent by agglomeration in the room. The purified hot air is about 1200 ? mixed with certain amount cool air into 360 ? hot air in mixing room, and into spray drying tower for drying process. The hot air temperature can be adjusted according requirement. The fired coal slay discharged in other end to slag machine, then send to trolley or belt conveyer to transport away.
