EVA Solar Cell Glue Film

EVA is used for encapsulation of solar module which is novel thermosetting hot glue. The main row material is ethylene-vinlacetate copolymer which is imported. EVA is tack-free at standard temperature ranges. Being tested by the domestic authority organizations, all performance indexes of JF EVA have attained the like products' international standard.

Properties

★ Excellent light transmittance: The light transmittance is 91%

★ Cross-linking rate (135°C, 20min): 80%-90%

★ Damp Heat Test, UV Test both for 1000hrs: no yellowing, no aging

★ Adhesion with glass and back-sheet: ≥90 N/20mm
