Properties:

★ High Weather Resistance: After Damp Heat test 85% 85°C and Tuv test, 25 years is available

★ Good Moisture Barrier Properties: Moisture-vapor transmission ≤1.0g/m²d

★ Good Insulating Strength: Breakdown voltage ≥28kv/mm, Max system voltage ≥1140VDC

★ High Cohesive Strength: Adhesive Strength to EVA ≥40N/10mm, excellent applicability to all kind of silica gel

FLUON ETFE FILM(Transparent)

Properties:

★ Excellent light transmittance: Before test, the light transmittance is 96%, after 15 years exposure test, the light transmittance can keep 94%.

★ Excellent moisture permeation resistance: Moisture permeation is 5.3 g/(m²24h).

★ Transparent, the thickness is 50um(2mil)/100um(4mil) can replace glass and can also replace back-sheet.

★ White/Black/Grey, the thickness is 25um(1mil) can replace Tedlar PVF.

PET

Properties:

PET complex film is used for small and medium type of solar module to replace TPT having many advantages: pro-environment, anti-ultraviolet light, no yellowing etc.

EVA

Properties:

★ Excellent light transmittance: The light transmittance is 91%

★ Cross-linking rate(135°C,20min): 80%-90%

★ Damp Heat Test, UV Test both for 1000hrs, no yellowing, no aging

★ Adhesion with glass and back-sheet ≥90 N/20mm
