JFPF Solar Cell Encapsulation Back-sheet is high performance protective layer compounded by Fluon ETFE film, moisture resistance PET and EVA. ETFE film is four-fluorine fluoroplastic which has outstanding resistance to weather and ageing, erosion resistance, moisture permeation resistance and excellent self-cleaning function, the perfect complex sheet plays an important function to EVA and solar cell silicon chip against medium such as water, oxygen and corrosive gas and liquid (such as acid rain).
★ High Weather Resistance: 1000 hours Damp Heat test 85% 85°C, no discolor, no plunger separation. JFPF have obtained the TUV certificate which can be used for more than 25 years.
★ Good Moisture Barrier Properties: Moisture-vapor transmission: ≤1.0g/m2d
★ Good Insulating Strength: Breakdown voltage ≥28kv/mm, Max system voltage: ≥1140VDC
★ High Cohesive Strength: Adhesive Strength to EVA ≥40N/10mm, Excellent applicability to all kind of silica gel.
