Synthetic Ammonia Catalyst |
We offer four synthetic ammonia catalysts: A110-3, A201, A202, FA401.
A201 is an Fe/Co based catalyst that has high activity at low temperature. It can improve ammonia synthesis rate by 5%-10% compared with A110. It was awarded 3rd Prize of National Invention in 1985.
A202 is another low-temperature-high-activity catalyst. It developed on the basis of A201, but doped with rare earth metals which allow better heat and poisoning resistance. It can improve ammonia synthesis rate by 7%-15% compared with A110, and 3%-8% compared with A201. It was awarded 1st Prize on Science and Technology Advancement of Fujian Province in 1995 and 3rd Prize on National Science and Technology Advancement in 1996.
FA401 is a rare earth and Mg doped catalyst. It is 10% more active than A110. It also has better heat and poisoning resistance and high cost effectiveness.
A110-3 has excellent activity and long operating life. It was awarded 3rd Prize of National Invention in 1985.
● Use: in manufacture of synthetic ammonia; for decomposition of ammonia in smeltery and electronic industries.
● Properties: amorphous granules with metallic luster. Magnetic. Particle size: 2.2-3.3mm, 3.3-4.7mm, 4.7-6.7mm, 6.7-9.4mm. Bulk density 2.85Kg/L; Total iron 68%-70%.
