MBC-I multi-purpose embedded controller

     
MBC-I multi-purpose embedded controller is developed by the Industrial Control Research Institute of National Engineering Research Center of Chemical Fertilizer Center for D/A control of small to medium size processes. It is intended for use in chemical, light industry, boiler, contruction material and related industries.
The integrated design of MBC-I allows simultaneous sampling, display, recording, programming and controlling. Main features:
Control panel: TFT LED + keyboard
Rear I/O ports: 6 I/O slots for different I/O cards. Direct signal input, no D/A converter needed.
Network adapter: ethernet adapter, allowing build-up of distributed control system.
MBC-I provides in-line programming through combination of 60 preset modular functions. MBC-I allows concurrently:
■ Flow charts 16 pieces
■ Tendency recorders 64 points(8 groups and 12 points in each group)
■ History recorders 24 points(8 groups and 12 points in each group)
■ Calculation list recorders 16 points (4 groups and 4 in each group)
