FZ-2 Fertilizer Anticaking Agent

FZ-2 fertilizer anticaking agent is a scientifically balanced surfactants mixture. A white or light yellow hydrophobic solid; mp 50-58℃, fp ≥150℃. It can effectively inhibit crystal nucleus growth and hydrogen bond formation, thus preventing caking.
Application method:
1.  Add FZ-2 into heated mineral oil (80-85℃), keep heating until full dissolution is achieved. Ratio: FZ-2: mineral oil = 1:5.5-6.0 (w/w).
2. While still hot (90-95℃), spray it onto fertilizer granules. Rate of use is 300g of FZ-1 per ton of fertilizer.
3. Sometimes mineral powder is also used after spray for further anticaking effect. Rate of use is 5-10Kg of mineral powder per ton of fertilizer.
