The ASTM F150-98 stipulated the testing of anti-static floor resistivity. Consequently, the anti-static paints is inceasingly applied in the coating of oil-storing or transporting facilities as well as the floor coating of semiconductor manufacturing factory, computer room, and printing and textile industry, etc..
